Wandering Blonde - Blonde Ale

Hmm, finally, this is just right. FLAVOR PROFILE - This easy-drinker is a great introduction into the craft brewing world, with a light hop and malt characteristics. The balanced and clean profile makes this one a no-brainer.
Monkey Bridge - Hefeweizen
ABV 5.8% / IBU 15 / SRM 5 Few dare cross the Monkey Bridge. Maybe it’s because a circus train full of mischievous monkeys overturned there. Or maybe it’s because they still live in the forest nearby, playing tricks on passersby. FLAVOR PROFILE - This style has a distinct banana character with hints of clove. The dry finish, full mouthfeel, and high carbonation makes this beer another one of our very easy drinkers.
Foggy Eyes - New England IPA
ABV 6.0% / IBU 55 / SRM 7 The fog rolls in on the blood moon and rolls out just as quickly. If you’re lucky, when you stare into its void you might see everything you’ve ever wanted. If you’re not, you might never see it again. FLAVOR PROFILE - The late and dry hopping methods give this approachable IPA a huge tropical fruit and citrus flavor and aroma. The "soft" bitterness from this brew sets itself apart from the classic West Coast IPAs.
Amberosia - Maple Amber Ale
ABV 5.6% / IBU 36 / SRM 14 Without the goddess, the squirrels would not have survived the winter. Taking pity on them, she filled the maple trees of the forest with Amberosia. Food of the Gods. Sweet and plentiful, the syrup was a godsend. Until it wasn’t… FLAVOR PROFILE - This easy-drinking Amber brings rich notes of caramel sweetness with a light hint of nuttiness. With 5 gallons of Maple Syrup added during fermentation, the mild dryness at the end keeps you coming back to wet your whistle.
Dead Wreckoning - Imperial Oatmeal Porter

Barrel-Aged Dead Wreckoning - Imperial Oatmeal Porter
ABV 11.7% / IBU 60 / SRM 23 This Imperial Oatmeal Porter was
barrel-aged for over 12 months in Garrison Brother’s bourbon barrels. The aging process imparts oaky vanilla character to the ale. The base ale is malt forward with a subtle citrus hop character in the background and a malty rich sweetness derived from the addition of flaked oats — which also adds to the mouthfeel of the beer.
Barrel-Aged Bootprint - Barleywine
ABV 12.5% / IBU 53 / SRM 16 Legend has it that a mysterious being left boot prints after multiple attempts at pouring a smooth surface during renovations to Marble Falls shops in 2003. The prints make a path straight into a wall of what is now Edie Irons Gallery at Old Oak Square on Main Street Marble Falls. Those who have worked in the old building, now GG Ganache, blame a spirit named ‘Stretch’ for odd happenings inside.
