The legend of the Swan Pig began on a sun-soaked lakeside, where beauty and beast collided to create Swiggy. Swiggy relishes attention and the few who spot her are rewarded with good luck and fair fortunes.

This is an easy drinking American Grapefruit IPA. The aroma and flavor of this beer favors hop contributions over the malt contributions. With a lighter perceived bitterness, this IPA is a great beer to enjoy anytime.

Hazy Hills - Hazy Pale Ale (coming out soon)

In 2010 our mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. SHe fought it like a champ and beat it. Today, she's cancer free and a grandmother of 5 (and counting) beautiful grandkids who all call her Gigi. But here in Texas, we can relax. Our west-coast IPA is inspired by this creature and boasts piney, spicy, and earthy notes - an experiment gone alright alright alright. Dead Wreckoning - Imperial Oatmeal Porter (out of season)

This Imperial Oatmeal Porter gets its malty rich sweetness and large mouthfeel from the addition of flaked oats. This malt forward beer comes with a subtle citrus hop in the background.

Lady May Hazy IPA With Pineapple

Barrel-Aged Dead Wreckoning - Imperial Oatmeal Porter

This Imperial Oatmeal Porter was barrel-aged for over 12 months in Garrison Brother’s bourbon barrels. The aging process imparts oaky vanilla character to the ale. The base ale is malt forward with a subtle citrus hop character in the background and a malty rich sweetness derived from the addition of flaked oats — which also adds to the mouthfeel of the beer.

Barrel-Aged Bootprint - Barleywine

Legend has it that a mysterious being left boot prints after multiple attempts at pouring a smooth surface during renovations to Marble Falls shops in 2003. The prints make a path straight into a wall of what is now Edie Irons Gallery at Old Oak Square on Main Street Marble Falls. Those who have worked in the old building, now GG Ganache, blame a spirit named ‘Stretch’ for odd happenings inside.
